All necessary drainage will be installed as a matter of course. Once we have excavated your driveway, we know exactly where to install any key drain, deco drain or soak aways to ensure the driveway doesn't hold water once finished.

The deco drain is only around 30mm wide and is very unobtrusive; this is the black plastic drainage system you see on the photographs. The wider key drain which you will be more familiar with, is the 100mm wide grille shown on the photographs. These drainage channels will be keyed into an existing water gulley top to take the rainwater away down the drainage system. We also show images of stone soak aways running alongside the fencing. Here the rainwater simply soaks away through the stone and into the ground underneath.

Manholes

With manholes we have a very clever way of making them disappear, almost! We will take your existing man hole cover out (and lets face it they are ugly)! Replace it with a new cover, then pour the concrete into the new cover when concreting the rest of the job, float the concrete in, colour and imprint the pattern, so that on completion you will hardly be able to see it. You will see from the photographs how well they blend in…..clever, don't you think?
